2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on win111. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. win111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or incomplete information without prior notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. win111 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to our support team.

User Responsibilities When Using the Platform

While using win111, you agree not to:

  • Use software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
  • Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.

3. Payments, Transactions and Currency

All financial transactions on win111 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies and does not charge currency conversion fees to Malaysian users.

Deposit: Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX (online banking), GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go e-wallet. Deposits must come from an account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the win111 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. win111 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or for newly active accounts. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method.

Limits and Controls: win111 sets minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. The latest limit details are displayed in the Wallet section of your account. The platform reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Transaction Refusal: win111 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Accounts implicated may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Win111 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or game outcomes. win111's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the win111 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of win111 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from win111.

Third-Party Links & Services

The win111 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. win111 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.

5. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms

Win111 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time without prior notice if:

  • The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • There is suspicious activity, fraud, or attempted money laundering associated with the account.
  • The user registered using false or incomplete information.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.
  • The user is found to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of an internal investigation.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Win111 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
